If someone is sharing their idea(s) with others in business(mainly potential partners, investors, mentors and others), does a Non-Disclosure document provide good protection? Does it really stop others from stealing your idea? If someone who signs and agrees to a Non-Disclosure does steal your idea will the document protect you in court? The document generally does not include information on the idea itself, so how is there proof to protect your idea? I am talking about an idea that has no patent, hence the reason for a ND. Anyone with experience or knowledge in this area, please tell me whatever you know…Thanks
This question is a random shot in the dark, but here goes….
I keep hearing that when you look for business ideas, you should start with your passion. Well, I have a passion for beautiful women. So, what are some solid ideas for businesses?
Im currently going to a 2 year school, getting my Business associates degree with a transfer option, and plan on going to a 4 year school to get my BA, and eventually my MBA. Im taking basic economics, accounting, and business managment classes right now, along with other core english and math classes, but what should i expect on my 3rd and 4th year? What types of classes? I know business classes obviously, but what specifically?
This would be an at-home business… She is not sure if she wants to run some kind of online store or act in some other role, but I’m looking for any ideas. Products to sell, people to work with, and most importantly, businesses she can make a little money in. I figure there are some people out there who can help me with this.
